NILPF Housing OS Terms of Use
NILPF Housing OS is a housing paperwork organization system designed to help users manage participant records, housing-related forms, admin records, property papers, review/print workflows, and packet-building tools.
NILPF Housing OS does not provide legal advice, licensing advice, clinical advice, tax advice, government approval, or guaranteed program compliance. Users are responsible for reviewing all documents, following their own state, local, funding, referral, privacy, housing, licensing, and program requirements, and seeking professional advice when needed.
Access to NILPF Housing OS is provided for the approved site, property, organization, or account type stated at the time of purchase or activation. Sharing access, copying the system, reselling the system, redistributing forms, duplicating the workflow, or using the system outside the approved access terms is not permitted unless written permission is given by The Pearlzz.
Users are responsible for the accuracy of the information they enter into the system. The Pearlzz is not responsible for errors caused by incorrect user entries, misuse of the system, failure to review completed documents, or failure to follow applicable rules and requirements.
The forms, layouts, workflows, written materials, videos, and system structure connected to NILPF Housing OS are protected materials owned by The Pearlzz unless otherwise stated. All rights are reserved.
Trials, access periods, payments, renewals, refunds, cancellations, and support terms are controlled by the offer, invoice, checkout page, or written agreement provided at the time of purchase or activation.
