Refund Policy
ILH OS is a digital software access product.
Because ILH OS provides online software access, setup/access fees may be non-refundable once license access has been activated, except where required by law or where a duplicate payment, billing error, or verified access issue has occurred.
Monthly access may be canceled before the next billing period. Cancellation stops future billing but does not automatically refund prior periods of access already provided.
If you believe a payment was made in error, contact support before opening a dispute so the issue can be reviewed.
